Who we are
INST-ALL is the trade name of INSTALL SMART LLC, based in Miami Gardens, FL. We install home technology and design and build custom spaces in South Florida. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email, address and whatever you tell us about your project when you fill in the form on this site, or when you call, email or message us.
- What every website receives: when you open a page, our server receives your IP address, the type of browser and the page requested. It is kept for a short time in technical logs, for security.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics, and it does not track you across other sites.
What we use it for
- To reply to your request and prepare an estimate. Your address lets us look at the place and plan the visit.
- To schedule and carry out the work, and to send you what goes with it: estimates, confirmations and invoices.
- To keep the records the law requires of a business.
We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone to advertise to you.
Calls, texts and WhatsApp
If you give us your phone number, we may call or message you about your request. We do not send promotional messages unless you have asked for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Who sees it
- Our team, to do the job.
- The companies that host our server and our email, only to provide that service.
- If you reached us through a partner company -for example the store or the moving company that sent you to us-, we share with them what is needed to coordinate your job.
- If you write to us on WhatsApp, that message goes through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
- The authorities, when the law requires it.
The map on this site loads its images from OpenStreetMap servers. As with any website, those servers receive your IP address when the map is shown.
How long we keep it
We keep what you sent us for as long as we need it to answer you. If you become a customer, we keep it for as long as the job, its warranty and our tax records require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to info@inst-all.pro or call +1 (305) 300-8377. We answer within 30 days.
Security
This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). What you send is stored on our own server, and only our team can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care of what you trust us with.
Children
This website is for adults arranging work in their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
